By installing TableTidy from the Chrome Web Store or purchasing TableTidy Pro, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension and do not purchase Pro.
The extension is distributed via the Chrome Web Store, but Google is not the seller of Pro. The Operator is the seller. Payments are processed by the merchant of record named at checkout (Dodo Payments).
Table extraction and file generation run in your browser. Table contents are not uploaded to the Operator’s servers. License activation/validation sends only the license key and a device/instance identifier to the payment provider (see Privacy Policy).
Do not use the extension to violate third-party site terms, scrape personal data unlawfully, or circumvent paywalls/security. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and the sites you visit.
Prices are shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax / VAT / GST may be collected by the merchant of record. Currency display may be localized; processing rules follow the payment provider.
Chrome, websites, and spreadsheet apps change. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to keep TableTidy working, but does not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with every site or Chrome version. Major breaking changes may be communicated via the store listing or email used at purchase.
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PROHIBITED. NOTHING HERE LIMITS MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator’s total liability arising from the extension or a Pro purchase is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or USD $9 if unpaid). This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. fraud, personal injury where non-excludable).
You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it. The Operator may disable a license for fraud, chargeback abuse, or material breach. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts in Seoul shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumers may sue in their home courts.
