Product: TableTidy Pro (one-time Chrome extension license, currently USD $9)

  1. Who sells. TableTidy Pro is sold by the Operator, not by Google. Payments are processed by our merchant of record (Dodo Payments). Card details are handled only by the payment provider.
  2. Cooling-off / refund window. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not obtained value that makes a refund unreasonable under applicable consumer law. We aim to approve clear cases (wrong purchase, license never activated, extension unusable due to a confirmed bug on our side) without dispute.
  3. How to request. Email junkimsung509@gmail.com with: (a) order number or purchase email, (b) reason, (c) Chrome version and a short description of the problem if technical. We respond within 3 business days (Korea time).
  4. After approval. The payment provider issues the refund to the original payment method on their schedule. Dodo Payments disables the license key automatically when the refund succeeds. Pro turns off at the extension's next license re-check (at most about 7 days later).
  5. Not usually refundable. Chargebacks without contacting us first; requests after 14 days when the license was activated and used without a confirmed product defect; abuse (multiple refunds / fraud). We may refuse or reverse access in those cases.
  6. EU / UK / other consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory rights in your country of residence (including any longer cooling-off period that applies to digital goods where you have not started using the license).
  7. Currency. Prices may be shown in local currency at checkout; settlement and payouts follow the payment provider’s rules (the price is set in USD).

  1. 판매자. TableTidy Pro의 판매자는 Google이 아니라 운영자입니다. 결제는 MoR(Dodo Payments)가 처리합니다.
  2. 환불 기간. 구매 후 14일 이내에, 라이선스를 거의 쓰지 않았거나 제품 결함으로 사용이 불가한 경우 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
  3. 신청 방법. junkimsung509@gmail.com로 주문번호(또는 구매 이메일)·사유·(기술 문제 시) Chrome 버전·증상 요약. 영업일 기준 3일 이내(한국 시간) 회신.
  4. 승인 후. 결제대행사가 원래 결제 수단으로 환불합니다. 환불이 완료되면 Dodo Payments가 라이선스 키를 자동으로 비활성화합니다. 확장이 다음 라이선스 재확인(최대 약 7일 이내) 때 Free로 돌아갑니다.
  5. 원칙적으로 거절될 수 있는 경우. 문의 없는 차지백, 14일 경과 후 정상 사용분, 반복 환불·부정 사용.
  6. 강행 법규. 거주국 소비자보호법상 권리가 이 정책보다 넓으면 그 법이 우선합니다.
  7. 통화. 체크아웃에 현지 통화가 표시될 수 있으나, 가격은 USD 기준입니다.

  4. 承認後. 決済代行が元の支払い方法へ返金します。返金が完了すると Dodo Payments がライセンスキーを自動で無効化します。次回のライセンス再確認（最大約7日以内）で Free に戻ります。
  5. 原則としてお断りする場合. 連絡なきチャージバック、14日経過後の通常利用、不正・繰り返し返金。
  6. 強行法規. お住まいの国の消費者法が優先します。
  7. 通貨. チェックアウトで現地通貨表示があり得ますが、価格はUSD基準です。
